Ingredients:
Hamburger
- 300 grams of ground chuck
- 300 grams of ground brisket tip
- 3 sprays of liquid smoke
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 100 grams of arugula
- 4 curd cheese sticks
- 24 slices of bacon
- 4 brioche loaves or round French bread
- Butter or olive oil to seal the bread
Mayonnaise
- 300 grams of mayonnaise
- 100 grams of cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 30 grams of parsley without the stems
Preparation mode:
Using a mixer or processor, mix the mayonnaise ingredients and set aside.
For the burger, start by seasoning the meat and spraying it with liquid smoke. Then shape the burgers so that they weigh 150 grams. In a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, seal the breads. Then, grill the curd cheese and bacon. Add oil to the pan and fry the burger. To assemble, start by adding the mayonnaise to the base of the bread, then add the curd cheese, arugula, hamburger and grilled bacon. Serve as you prefer.
