Ingredients:
- 1 cup (tea) of Tio João 7 Whole Grains with Quinoa;
- 1 cup (tea) of lentils;
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- 3 eggs;
- Chives to taste;
- 400g of wholemeal breadcrumbs;
- 2 tablespoons of Nova Oliva Olive Oil;
- Frying oil).
Preparation mode:
Prepare the contents of the rice packet according to the package instructions and set aside. Cook the lentils with just salt and set aside.
In a container, mix the rice, lentils, eggs, chives, wholemeal breadcrumbs, olive oil and mix well until a homogeneous dough forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Form into balls and fry in hot oil.
