GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS ON FLIGHTS TO/OF CANOAS
LATAM reinforces that the commercial operation at the Canoas Air Base (RS) is temporary and exceptional, due to the impacts of the floods in Rio Grande do Sul. Therefore, the company asks passengers to understand and pay attention to the atypical characteristics of this operation compared to a commercial airport.
Boarding and disembarking of commercial flights at Canoas Air Base will be carried out remotely by bus and the entire service process will be carried out daily from 6am to 6pm and in an adapted manner on the ground floor of ParkShopping Canoas (Av. Farroupilha, 4545). Check-in for each flight will close one hour before takeoff.
Therefore, LATAM recommends that customers pay attention to the signs inside ParkShopping Canoas and arrive 2 hours before their flight, giving preference to automatic check-in via the company’s website and app.
ParkShopping Canoas stores and other services will be open from 10am to 10pm.
