Amid the challenges faced by Rio Grande do Sul due to the floods that are ravaging the state, the Gaúcha Tradition Centers (CTGs) and traditionalist entities unite in a great wave of solidarity. Since the start of the floods, entities linked to the Movimento Tradicionalista Gaúcho (MTG) have mobilized in all parts of the state to offer support to the affected communities.
“We are witnessing an incredible joint effort on the part of CTGs and all types of traditionalist entities to help those who need it most. Every gesture of kindness, whether through donations or volunteering at a nearby entity, makes a big difference to those who are facing difficulties”, says the president of MTG, Ilva Goulart.
The entities have been collection points for donations, in addition to serving as places for preparing and distributing food, clothing and other essential items for families affected by the floods.
For those who would like to contribute or find out more information about how to help, we recommend contacting a nearby CTG directly or visiting MTG’s social media for specific guidance on how to collaborate.
