Converse launched the Pride 2024 collection in honor of LGBTQIAPN+ Pride Month. This year’s series is inspired by the community’s pioneers, starring figures from the past
The Converse Pride 2024 collection, through the Pride of Being campaign message, celebrates those who are proud to be where they are free to love. Queer culture leaders celebrate the power of being unapologetically themselves, not just in June, but every month of the year. This time, Converse seeks to further support the next generation in pushing the boundaries of gender, identity and self-expression by offering its classic custom designs in neon rainbows.
The Chuck 70 gets its Pride version and celebrates the culture of queer leaders who pave the way for joy and love. Its silver upper and neon rainbow graphics reflect the pioneering spirit of the LGBTQIAPN+ community, defying expectations and standing out through color. The classic Chuck Taylor All Star Pride has a white and embroidered upper, which contrasts with the tongue in neon rainbow tones and the colorful stripes on the sole.
The Converse Pride Chuck 70 Ox, developed by creatives and community allies, has western inspiration and embraces the spirit of exploration of queer culture with its embroidered low top in reference to the opening of new paths conquered with the aim of belonging everywhere.
The latest The All Star Lift Pride is an updated version of the double-sole Chuck Taylor All Star Lift, which symbolizes the LGBTQIAPN+ community’s capacity for change through the beauty of being authentic. Its distinguishing feature is the embroidered upper, the leather straps on the ankle and the neon rainbow representation on the sole, which pays homage to individuals who are Proud to Be.
