Ingredients:
- 250 grams of Galo Screw Semolina Pasta
- 2.5 liters water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 smoked pepperoni sausages, thinly sliced
- 2 kale leaves without the stem, sliced
- 1 small grated carrot
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 boiled quail eggs, cut in half for decoration
Preparation mode:
Place the water, olive oil and salt in a large pan; bring to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package, drain and set aside.
In a frying pan, add the olive oil and then add the pepperoni and let it brown. Then add the cabbage, grated carrot and season with salt.
Add the cooked pasta, mix and serve after decorating with the boiled quail eggs cut in half.
