Colonel Meira criticized the government’s incompetence in health in the face of the dengue epidemic
Federal deputy Coronel Meira (PL-PE), in his speech in the Chamber Plenary, this Thursday (25), called for the resignation of the Minister of Health, Nísia Trindade, due to the high number of deaths resulting from the epidemic of dengue that affects Brazil. On that occasion, he addressed Lula (PT) as “presidengue”.
– I come here to this House plenary to ask the “president” to take action, fire this minister, she does not have the slightest condition to be at the forefront of the health of the Brazilian people.
The parliamentarian shared the video of his speech in the Chamber, on his social networks, and verbatim expressed his indignation with the incompetence of the Lula administration, in the person of Minister Nísia Trindade.
– There are more than 2 thousand deaths due to dengue fever, an unprecedented number in the history of this country, and the main blame lies with the Minister of Health, Nísia Trindade, and the Lula Government. No planning was done to avoid chaos, there are no vaccines, but there is still incompetence. Dismissal now!

The numbers are alarming. Brazil reached the mark of 3,852,901 probable cases of dengue last Wednesday (24), according to the Arbovirus Monitoring Panel.
The term “presidengue” was coined by the state deputy for Pernambuco, Colonel Alberto Feitosa (PL), on March 21 of this year, when speaking at the Legislative Assembly of his state.
