Ingredients:
2 excited
3 cups (tea) of NINHO® Forti+ Whole Liquid Milk
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 can of NESTLÉ® Milk Cream
500 g desalted cod, shredded
1 tablespoon of MAGGI® Fondor
2 sliced potatoes, cooked al dente
1 glass of NESTLÉ® Cream Cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation mode:
In a pan, place the egg yolks, milk and wheat flour and mix well until it thickens. Remove from the heat, add the cream, shredded cod and the seasoning, mixing well.
Place the mixture in a refractory container, make a layer with the potatoes, cover with the cream cheese and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Place in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for around 20 minutes. Serve.
