Campo Bom is holding another job campaign this Saturday (16), between 8am and 12pm, at the CEI Gymnasium, with more than 250 confirmed vacancies. The event, organized by the city hall in collaboration with local companies, aims to directly connect employers with candidates, making the job advertising, selection and hiring process more efficient and accessible. Those interested in vacancies must attend the event with identification document, work card and resume.
The format of the collective effort is assertive and, not by chance, the fifth edition is being held, highlights mayor Luciano Orsi. “Everyone wins from this. Companies, which often face difficulties when filling vacancies, interview several candidates. People who need a job participate in several selections, increasing their chances of being hired,” he notes.
More than 10 companies have already confirmed their presence, totaling 220 job vacancies which, added to those on the SINE register, total 258. “The collective effort is a fundamental part of boosting the local economy and helping citizens find job opportunities. The positive results of previous joint efforts demonstrate the impact that the event has on the community”, points out the municipal secretary of Social Development, Gabriel Colissi.
