Casa Valduga, a brand from the Familgia Valduga Group, presents the Casa Valduga Naturelle Reserva White wine, ideal for this Easter celebration period.
The launch has grapes selected and harvested manually from the Serra do Sudeste (RS) terroir and matured for four months in oak barrels. The wine was created to highlight the flavors and aromas characteristic of this special festival.
Inspired by tradition, this semi-dry white wine has a greenish-yellow color, bright and lively. With an intense aroma, it brings nuances of tropical fruits, such as mango, papaya and lychee, but there is also a touch of citrus in the liqueur, as well as reminiscent of almonds, honey and fine herbal teas.
Made with Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer varietals, this wine has a striking, balanced and very persistent palate. Casa Valduga Naturelle Reserva White pairs well with many typical seasonal dishes, such as sweets, candied fruits, desserts and light dishes. For Easter, the suggestion is to combine it with dishes such as pear risotto, pasta with fresh mushrooms, tapioca dice or green leaf salad with tropical fruits. For dessert, pudding can be a great option.
