Ingredients:
1 ovo
4 tablespoons of NINHO® Forti+ Instant Milk Powder
2 teaspoons of oil
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of NESTLÉ® Fine Oat Flakes
4 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons chopped fresh Minas cheese
8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Basil Leaves
Preparation mode:
In a container, mix all the ingredients, except the cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil, with the water until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over low heat, add a portion of the dough and let it cook for about 1 minute or until small bubbles start to form and the underside is golden.
Add the cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil, pressing lightly to adhere to the dough. Turn and brown the other side. Repeat this same procedure until all the dough is used up. Serve.
