The 16th edition of the Sapiranga Fish Fair will take place between the 27th and 29th of March, in the pavilions of Parque Municipal do Imigrante. This fair is the perfect chance for local residents to secure fresh fish for Good Friday lunch. The fair’s opening hours are below.
The event will bring together six psychoculturists from the rural area of the city and the live fish tanks will have carp (grass, Hungarian, bighead and silver) and tilapia. Prices are affordable: grass carp and tilapia will be sold at R$25.00 per kilo, while other varieties will cost R$20.00 per kilo. In addition to fish, visitors will be able to buy wood-fired bread and bread from the Koloniegeschmack group.
