Ingredients:
Massa
4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 and a half cups of butter
1 pot of NESTLÉ® Natural Whole Yogurt
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 excited
1 pinch of salt
Filling
3 excited
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 cups of sifted ricotta
1 cup candied fruit, chopped
1 and a half cups of seedless white raisins
half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 pot of NESTLÉ® Natural Whole Yogurt
3 whites
Preparation mode:
Massa
In a container, mix the ingredients with your fingertips until you obtain a smooth dough. Reserve.
Filling
In a container, mix the ingredients, except the egg whites and reserve 1 yolk, until you obtain a homogeneous dough. In a mixer, beat the egg whites. Little by little, incorporate the egg whites into the filling. Separate small portions of the dough and cover the bottom and sides of 15 individual molds (7 cm in diameter), greased with butter.
Spread the filling over the dough and make a grid with the remaining dough. Brush the reserved egg yolk and place the molds on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for around 45 minutes or until golden. Let cool and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Serve.
