Ingredients:
- 1 package Ninho Vitarella pasta
- 400g mozzarella cheese
- 400g alleged
- 300g grated parmesan
- 400g tomato sauce
- 2 liters of milk
- 100g wheat flour
- 100g of butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
Cook the dough – one by one – in salted water for 3 minutes, so that the nest does not lose its shape. Reserve.
White sauce
Place the butter and wheat in a pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Until it leaves a light golden layer and has a sandy consistency. Add the milk and stir constantly to avoid lumps. Add 200g of parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assembly
In a dish, place the white sauce at the bottom. Wrap the previously cooked nests with mozzarella cheese. And place over the white sauce in the dish. Stuff the nests with tomato sauce, sliced ham, a little more white sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven. Serve next.
