On Monday, March 11th, Sindilojas Caxias will promote the 7th edition of the panel “Women who are a winner in the business world” as part of the celebrations for International Women’s Day, celebrated on March 8th. The event will be at Quinta São Luiz (Av. Independência, 2432 – Exhibition), with the reception starting at 5:30 pm and the event at 6:30 pm.
Participating in this edition are fashion consultant Cris Carvalho, the director of Sesc Caxias do Sul Luciana Stello and businesswoman Isabel Fagundes. They will share their experiences in entrepreneurship and inspire the female audience, while the mediation will be carried out by the executive manager and communications coordinator of Sindilojas Caxias, Lisandra De Bona.
Registration can be made via the Sindilojas website; the event is free for members (1 per CNPJ) and for the general public or additional tickets the investment is R$70.

Cris Carvalho
Graduated in Fashion and Style from the University of Caxias do Sul with a Specialization in Fashion Products and Business at the same university; she has worked for over 23 years in Image Consulting, focusing on Retail; creator of the “BE AND FEEL” method, she trained more than 2,000 students in Brazil with Fashion and Personal Image courses.
Luciana Stello
Graduated in Social Communication – Public Relations, with an MBA in People Management and Specialist in School Management; she is director of Sesc Caxias do Sul, with more than 30 years at the entity; She also worked in the coordination of several cultural events at Sesc Caxias, including: Aldeia Sesc, Rio Grande no Palco, Sesc Música, Arts Exhibitions and implemented LABMais – Laboratory of Arts, Media, Technology and Youth.
Isabel Fagundes
Businesswoman and founder of Mercado do Queijo, highlighted in assembling cold cuts and gift baskets; in addition to ten years of market experience at the companies Arno and Magazine Luiza.
Lisandra De Bona
Journalist with specialization in People Management and Strategic Decisions; Teaching in Higher Education; Business Pedagogy and Administration. In 2024, she will complete 20 years as an employee of Sindilojas Caxias.
