Ingredients:
- 12 units of ready wrap dough
- 500 grams of ground beef
- 100 grams of black beans cooked without broth
- 50 grams of chopped onion
- 10 grams of chopped garlic
- 150 grams of cheddar cheese
- 1 stalk of parsley
- 50 grams of chopped tomato
- Salt to taste
- Pepper sauce to taste
- Cumin to taste
Preparation mode:
In a pan, place the ground meat to fry and stir until it is dry. Then add the onion, garlic and sauté. Add tomato, parsley and seasonings. Once well sautéed, set aside. To assemble, open a disc of the finished wrap, place filling, cheddar cheese and other dough on top. Place on a plate with a press to melt the cheese and toast the dough. Then cut in half and serve.
