Ingredients:
- 250g of Spaghetti-style Semolina Rooster Pasta 8 500g
- 2.5 liters of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- 200g of curd cheese in cubes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 400g cooked and shredded corned beef
- 1 sliced onion
- ½ red pepper cut into thin strips
- ½ yellow pepper cut into thin strips
- Coriander leaves (for garnish)
Preparation mode:
Place the water, olive oil and salt in a large pan and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and let it cook according to the package. Drain and reserve.
In a frying pan, with 1 drizzle of olive oil, add the curd cheese, let it brown and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add the olive oil, the cooked and shredded corned beef, the onion and peppers, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and, if necessary, add salt and mix well.
Lastly, add the coriander leaves and serve portions of the pasta with the curd cheese.
