This Sunday (18), Nova Petrópolis hosts the 1st Gaucho Mountain Bike Championship 2024 from 9 am, in the Linha Olinda region.
According to the regulations, competitors will go through courses of 60 km and 40 km, divided into 22 male and female categories, in addition to eight unofficial categories. In addition to Linha Olinda and nearby locations, the routes will also cover the Vale do Caí region and parts of Linha Nova and Picada Café.
The first stage of the Gaucho Mountain Bike Championship is held by the Gaucho Cycling Federation and Radical Sports, with support from Nova Petrópolis City Hall through the Sports Department. The competition is part of the official summer program at Jardim da Serra Gaúcha.
