Goiânia – Doctor Rodrigo Godoy, aged 41, died after falling ill while playing football with friends in Anápolis, around 55 km from the capital of Goiás. According to municipal councilor Frederico Godoy, the doctor’s cousin, he was rescued, but did not survive.
On social media, the councilor lamented the death of his cousin, victim of a heart attack. “How much you will be missed by us. I lost my dear cousin, my partner.”
Doctor will be buried today
Rodrigo died on Saturday afternoon (10/2) and his body should be buried on Sunday afternoon (11/2). The doctor left two children and a wife.
