Peanut Pavê is made with Renata Maizena Laminated Biscuit, combining creamy and crunchy layers, combined with the striking flavor of peanuts.
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of Renata Maizena Laminated Biscuits 200g
- 3 cups (400 g) roasted and ground unsalted peanuts (reserve 100 g of peanuts for decoration and finishing)
Creme
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 cup and 2/3 (400 ml) milk (reserve 100 ml to moisten the cookies)
- 2 excited
- 1 cup (flat) (200 g) of cream

Creme
In a medium pan, add the condensed milk, 300 ml of milk, the sifted egg yolks, mix well and heat over low heat until you obtain a thick cream. Turn off the heat, add the cream, 300 g of crushed peanuts and let it cool.
Assembly
In a baking dish, start by placing a layer of cream and then the cookies moistened with milk, alternating the layers. Finish with a layer of cream and more reserved peanuts. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. If you prefer, prepare it the day before.
