Harald brings a perfect proposal, which combines ease and speed in the same recipe. With just two ingredients, the TOP Milk Chocolate flavor topping and the TOP White Chocolate flavor topping from Harald, in 1 hour you can prepare a Bicolor Easter egg.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of chopped TOP Milk Chocolate flavor topping
- 200 g of TOP Coverage flavored White Chocolate, chopped
Preparation mode:
Bark
Melt and temper, in separate bowls, the two chocolate flavors. Shape the shells with a clean, dry culinary brush, covering the halves of the mold with the white chocolate flavor, making a transverse division.
Refrigerate for about 5 minutes, coat the remaining halves with milk chocolate flavor and return to the refrigerator.
Repeat the process once more and refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until the mold is opaque. Unmold and reserve.
Stuffing eggs
Heat the rest of the toppings to working temperature and place them in the small egg molds. Alternate the colors, leaving some with white chocolate flavor and others with milk chocolate flavor. Gently tap the mold to remove air bubbles and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Unmold them onto a clean, dry work surface and fill the shells.
Brush a little melted frosting on one edge and join the halves together, pressing lightly to adhere.
