During back-to-school season, Treloso suggests a delicious recipe for a school snack.
Easy to make, the recipe uses Turma do Treloso Chocolate Cookie in the dough and is filled with two types of brigadeiro, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.
Ingredients:
1 and ½ package of Turma do Treloso Chocolate Biscuits
2 cans of condensed milk
2 boxes of cream
2 tablespoons of chocolate milk
2 tablespoons of water
Preparation mode:
Grind the whole biscuits in a blender until they turn into flour. Pour into a container and add 2 tablespoons of water and mix until it forms a malleable dough. Line the bottom and edges of a removable baking dish with the dough and bake at a low temperature for 15 minutes. Reserve.
1st part of the filling (white brigadeiro):
Place a can of condensed milk on low heat and stir for a few minutes. Add a box of cream and stir until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan. Reserve.
2nd part of the filling (chocolate brigadeiro):
Bring a can of condensed milk and chocolate milk to a boil and stir for a few minutes. Add a box of cream and stir until it starts to come away from the bottom of the pan. Reserve. Pour the white brigadeiro into the dough and then the chocolate brigadeiro. Finish with some crushed biscuits.
