Ingredients:
- Speciale Lasagna Vitarella
- Braised ground beef (leave it very dry, with almost no sauce)
- Tomato Sauce
- Cream cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Basil and oregano to taste
Preparation mode:
Prepare to mass
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna pasta sheets for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package and drain. Place the dough in a greased baking dish until ready to assemble.
For assembly
- Start by heating the oven to 350 degrees;
- Prepare 12 molds with squares of baking paper. Place the dough on the sides (on the edges of the molds);
- Place about 1/2 tablespoon of sauce in the bottom of each compartment. Then cut 9 sheets of dough into four pieces and press one of these pieces of dough into the bottom, on top of the sauce;
- Place another sheet of dough and cover with a generous tablespoon of sauce and then a generous tablespoon of meat and then cream cheese. Repeat this process of layering the dough, sauce, meat and cream cheese one more time, making sure to press out any air bubbles. Finish these lasagna cups with a third piece of pasta, more sauce and mozzarella cheese;
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until everything is hot and bubbly. Serve it hot.
