Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup (tea) of NINHO® Forti+ Whole Liquid Milk
- 500 g of fish slices
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 envelopes of MAGGI® Seasoning and Vegetable Flavor
- 1 peeled and seedless tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
Preparation mode:
In a pan, heat the coconut milk and milk. Add the fish and salt and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Mix the ready-made seasoning and tomato and cook for about 5 more minutes. Mix in the coriander and serve immediately.
