The Medical Association of Rio Grande do Sul (AMRIGS) promotes, in partnership with Paulo Viana, the course “First Aid for the School Environment”, an initiative aimed at training educators to act efficiently in emergencies. After all, the immediate application of first aid techniques is crucial to minimize damage, prevent complications and, in some cases, save lives.
The activity will be led by nurse Patrícia Kleinowski, specialist in Adult and Pediatric Urgency and Emergency, and will take place at the AMRIGS Simulation and Training Center, located at Av. Ipiranga, 5311, in Porto Alegre/RS.
Scheduled for January 27, 2024, from 8 am to 5 pm, the course will cover fundamental first aid techniques, providing education professionals with the necessary skills to deal with unforeseen events until specialized support, whether local or remote, is available.
Registration for the course is open and can be done by accessing the link https://rb.gy/r2rto6.
