Bibi, a brand that exports to more than 60 countries, was present at the 100th edition of Expo Riva Schuh, one of the biggest commercial events on the planet. The event took place from January 13th to 15th in Riva del Garda, Italy. Bibi was part of the Brazilian delegation organized by the Brazilian Footwear project, an initiative of the Brazilian Footwear Industry Association (Abicalçados) in partnership with the Brazilian Export and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil), which included the participation of 60 national brands.
“We participate annually in major international events with the aim of expanding our presence in other countries and establishing commercial partnerships. Expo Riva Schuh brings together major footwear industries and is an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and network. In the Brazilian Footwear space, we were able to strengthen our ties with the markets we already operate in and establish connections with others we plan to enter in the retail segment,” said Andrea Kohlrausch, president of Bibi.
With two industrial parks in Parobéin Rio Grande do Sul, and Cross of Souls, in Bahia, Bibi produces 2.6 million pairs of shoes annually. With over 70 years of experience in the children’s footwear industry, Bibi is known for offering products for children aged 0 to 9 years. Currently, the brand has more than 150 stores, including 21 international units, in addition to being present in more than 3 thousand multi-brand stores and exporting to all continents.
