Ingredients:
1 package of Ninho Estrela Pasta
2 cans of sardines
1 small onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tomatoes, diced, seedless
1 spoon of olive oil
Olives to taste
Basil Leaves
Salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling, salted water, according to the package instructions. Drain the sardines, cut into small pieces and set aside.
Chop the onion and sauté over low heat until they become transparent. Add the garlic cloves. Mix lightly and add the sardines, sautéing lightly.
Drain the pasta and add the sautéed sardines, mixing gently with a fork. Lastly, mix the chopped tomatoes, olive oil, olives and basil leaves.
*Tip: add the raw tomatoes when finishing the dough, along with the basil leaves, without letting it cook. The acidity of the tomato and the perfume of the basil will make the dish refreshing. It can be eaten hot or cold, like a pasta salad.
