On Wednesday, 13th, starting at 8am, Porto Alegre City Hall opens 2,210 new protocols for those interested in free castration of animals. Requests can be made by calling 156 or WhatsApp (51) 3433-0156. Vacancies will be available in clinics accredited by the city hall in eleven different neighborhoods.
Each protocol can be used to castrate up to five of the person’s own animals, with a maximum of three females. The same CPF can only open one protocol, even if in different clinics. It is necessary to provide an active NIS or Auxílio Brasil card, ID and CPF, as well as proof of residence in Porto Alegre.
