In Esteio, members of the Productive Inclusion project carried out by the Secretariat for Economic Development and the Environment (SMDEMA) will exhibit their products at the Christmas Fairs between the 20th and 23rd of December.
Locations
On the first two days, the activity will be at the Rei Pelé Events Space, in Bairro Santo Inácio (central corner of Av. Governador Ernesto Dorneles). Afterwards, the Fair moves to Posto do Centro, on the corner of Presidente Vargas and Padre Claret avenues. According to SMDEMA, there will be 20 stands set up in the two spaces over the four days.
Store
Productive Inclusion products can be purchased daily at the Permanent Space located next to Multistop (Marginal da BR-116, nº 4,500 – in front of InBetta). Opened in September 2022, the “store” has eight traders/artisans.
Other events
In addition, stallholders also participate in events throughout the year, such as Expointer, Multifeira, the Municipality’s birthday party, Farroupilha Week and Oktoberfest; at the five producer fairs spread across the city or in special actions on the eve of other commemorative dates, such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Easter. These are items such as household objects, toys, clothing, among others, produced using different techniques, such as crochet, biscuit, knitting and wood.
