Nova Petrópolis is holding Cooperative Christmas 2023 this weekend, December 2nd and 3rd. On both days, the public will be able to watch music, dance and theater performances at Praça Padre Theodor Amstad, on Linha Imperial, in the late afternoon and evening.
The initiative is free, open to the public, and will start at 4:30 pm. On Saturday, the program continues until 10pm, when the Christmas Parade – Garagem de Teatro will take place.
On Sunday, the program ends with the show “The 7 Angels and the Seasons of Vivaldi”, at 7:30 pm. Afterwards, there will be a fireworks show, scheduled for 9pm, and the closing performance will be outdoors. The program is organized and staged by people from the Linha Imperial community and surrounding areas. During the event, in several scenes, members of CTG Pousada da Serra, the Böhmerland dance group, local choirs and horse riders perform.

- 10 pm – Christmas Parade – Theater Garage. At the end, distribution of sweets by Santa Claus and Father Amstad
Sunday – December 3rd
- 4:30 p.m. – Menegalas Acoustics
- 5:30 pm – GCN Alma Serrana (Bom Pastor School)
- 6:30 pm – Launch of the book: “My Memories, writing is prolonging time”, by Mário José Konzen – with autograph session
- 7:30 pm – Show “The 7 Angels and the Seasons of Vivaldi”
- 9pm – Closing – Fireworks Show – At the end, there will be a distribution of sweets by Santa Claus and Father Amstad.
