The Garibaldi Junior Volleyball Cup is the attraction this Saturday (25th) at the Municipal Sports Gymnasium, starting at 8:30 am. Promoted by the Department of Sports and Leisure (SMEL), the competition is unprecedented in the municipality.
The tournament will feature the participation of invited teams to promote volleyball for students in the youth categories of the SMEL volleyball school and teams from Farroupilha, Bento Gonçalves and Veranópolis.
The cup covers the male and female categories, regularly entered, born from 2008 to 2010.
All athletes will be awarded participation medals and the highlights (best serve, pass, setter, attack and best block) will also be awarded.
