Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion cut into slices
- 1 small red pepper cut into slices
- 1 small green pepper cut into slices
- 1 small yellow pepper cut into slices
- 2 medium tomatoes cut into slices
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 cans of Sardines in COQUEIRO Oil, drained (125 g each can)
- 1 tablespoon of palm oil
- 1 glass of coconut milk
- chopped green chilli for sprinkling
Preparation mode:
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and make a layer of onion, a layer of red peppers, a layer of green peppers, a layer of yellow peppers and a layer of tomatoes. Add the garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the oil and clean the sardines. Distribute the sardines on top, drizzle with palm oil and coconut milk. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the green scent and serve immediately. This recipe takes 30 minutes to prepare and makes 4 servings.
