Prataviera Shopping, in Caxias do Sul, is in a Christmas mood and is also celebrating its 30 years of operation. Therefore, the celebration is double at the end of the year.
The public’s great expectation is for the arrival of Santa Claus, who will walk around the mall accompanied by a helper every day, until Christmas Eve. Bom Velhinho arrives at the shopping center on Saturday (11/25), at 11am, after a journey aboard his Ford A Pickup, which will pass through the central streets of Caxias do Sul until disembarking at the access point on Avenida Júlio de Castilhos.
Santa Claus and his helper will be on the second floor of Prataviera, from Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 3pm and from 4pm to 7pm. As in December the shopping center also opens on Sundays until Christmas, throughout the month Bom Velhinho can be found from Monday to Sunday, from 11am to 7pm, with a break from 3pm to 4pm.
Recognized for playing the character, Claudiomiro da Silva, 56 years old, is responsible for bringing Bom Velhinho to life at Prataviera Shopping this year. The guardianship counselor is surrounded by good expectations and with a heart full of joy to welcome all families.
“The public can expect a different Christmas, with lots of love, lots of joy and filled with a spirit of emotion, that emotion of every child who knows that I exist. The mall is ready to deliver this love to whoever is there with us. I will be welcoming everyone with a smile on my face and with open arms”, he highlights, adding that his schedule at the mall continues until Christmas Eve.
Santa Claus do Prata says that his costume is new and created exclusively for his performance at the mall. “I live in the coldest place in the world, but I am a welcoming and, above all, cheerful Santa. We created clothing that conveyed the joy of gold and silver ribbons, that had warm skins, that warmed all races. The brown and white furs unite the origins, as a way of showing the universal love that Christmas has in its spirit. Without forgetting that Santa Claus loves red, a symbol of fire and human warmth, which keeps the flame and Christmas spirit alive”, reveals Bom Velhinho.
