Musical Celebration in São Leopoldo, from 20th to 28th November

The city of São Leopoldo is preparing to host its first Music Week, an event that became Municipal Law in 2023. The celebration, which will take place from November 20th to 28th, is a joint initiative of the Municipal Secretariat of Culture and International Relations (Secult), the Music Forum and the EST Colleges.

The events will be held at the José Pedro Boéssio Cultural Center and in the Faculdades EST auditorium. The program includes a variety of activities, such as conversation circles, workshops, lectures, panels and presentations. Music teachers, artists and producers will be present to share their experiences and knowledge.

One of the highlights of the program is the panel on November 22nd, which will feature the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Culture to discuss the resumption of cultural policies in Brazil.

Music Week will end on November 28th, at São Leopoldo Municipal Theaterwith performances by several local artists.

The activities have free entry.
