The new seasons of 90 DAYS Fiancé: Before the 90 Days and 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days – Pillow Talk. The two spin-offs of the acclaimed 90 DAYS Fiancé franchise premiere Sunday, November 19, at 7pm, on Discovery Home & Health, and simultaneously, on discovery+.
Em 90 DAYS TO MARRY: BEFORE THE 90 DAYS, Americans who believe they have met their soulmates online travel abroad to meet them in person. The couples meet and live together in a foreign country with the ultimate goal of being together in the USA.
This season of the reality show, in addition to seven new couples preparing to meet their partner in person, a fan favorite returns. They will find out if they have what it takes to make their relationship work. The lovers have their first date abroad and will deal with all kinds of surprises, cultural shocks and dramatic twists in their search for true love. This season delivers an explosion of emotions with the ups and downs of long-distance dating, while marriage proposals are just around the corner.

Meet the couples featured this season:
Amanda (31, Louisiana) and Razvan (26, Romania)
Amanda, a widow and mother of two, never thought she would find love again after losing her husband to a battle with cancer. But, all that changed when she started chatting online with Razvan, a Romanian actor and digital influencer. He helped her out of her sadness, and she fell in love with his friendliness, sense of humor and model body. Now, after four months of virtual dating, Amanda is ready to travel to Romania and meet him in person for the first time. But is she really ready to open up to a new relationship? And, at 26, is Razvan prepared for life with two young children? Will jealousy over his career come between them? Will the love last, or is this all moving too fast?
Riley (48, Pennsylvania) and Violet (43, Vietnam)
Riley, a military veteran, jazz lover and cigar aficionado, has been marked by betrayal in his past relationships. After meeting online and falling in love with Vietnamese girlfriend Violet, he’s ready to fly to her country and give love another chance. But things haven’t been easy in the two years since they started talking, and Riley’s concerns have led him to hire a private investigator to determine whether he can truly trust Violet. With problems from the start, do these two have a chance?
Christian (30, Minnesota) and Cleo (32, England)
Christian is a confirmed party animal, who is already used to dating life, but has not yet found “the right person”. Enter Cleo, an autistic and neurodivergent trans woman who values quiet time at home in London with her cats. The two met on social media almost a year ago and what started as a friendship turned into a romance and they both fell completely in love. Despite resistance from some family members and a history of dating exclusively cis women, Christian is excited to finally meet Cleo, but admits he’s not sure how he’ll feel when they’re together in person. Will the differences between them be an obstacle?
Tyray (33, California) and Carmella (27, Barbados)
Tyray is a generous, big-hearted man whose insecurities about his body kept him from finding love – until 4 years ago, when he met his soulmate, Carmella, on a dating app. Although they communicate exclusively via Snapchat, Carmella has been a big part of Tyray’s life, supporting him when his mother had a stroke and he had to quit his job to care for her. The connection they’ve created is so deep that they’ve started talking about marriage and now Tyray is planning a trip to Barbados so they can finally meet, and he can, hopefully, propose. Despite having been talking for 4 years, Tyray’s family knows nothing about their relationship – will they try to stop it?
David (42, Nebraska) and Sheila (31, Philippines)
David is a kind, hard-working man who was born completely deaf. He has longed for love and companionship his entire life, but connecting with people in a world of listeners can be difficult. His last relationship ended badly when he discovered he was being cheated on. Fortunately, he didn’t give up on love because two years ago, he met Sheila online. David and Sheila have spoken every day for the last two years, mainly through text messages, as, although she is also hearing impaired, Sheila knows little about sign language. Despite concerns from David’s family and friends, he is certain that Sheila is the right person and is putting everything on the line to travel 8,000 miles to the Philippines. Will their love be able to withstand cultural and communication obstacles?
Meisha (43, Minnesota) and Nicola (46, Israel)
Meisha is a 43-year-old divorced Catholic convert who left her glamorous life as a TV journalist after experiencing a spiritual awakening in her living room. Seven years ago, while exploring her newfound faith, she connected online with Nicola, a 46-year-old virgin who has never been in a serious relationship and lives with her mother in Israel. Despite coming from two completely different worlds, over the years they fell in love and now, after seven years of talking, Meisha is traveling to Israel to finally meet him in person with the hope of getting back engaged. But with her limited experience with women, will Nicola be able to give Meisha everything she needs?
Statler (33, Texas) e Dempsey (28, England)
Statler is a charismatic and energetic insect enthusiast from Texas. As an adopted child, she never truly felt integrated and felt displaced from her family, which made her long for unconditional love. Statler thinks she may have finally found that love with her British girlfriend Dempsey. After talking for seven months, Statler is heading to England to meet her for the first time. But, unbeknownst to Dempsey, if all goes well, Statler is planning to move there. Will this all be too much, too soon?
Gino (53, Michigan) and Jasmine (35, Panama) *returning couple
After more than two years together, Gino and Jasmine are engaged and awaiting approval for Jasmine’s K-1 visa. They are deeply in love, but their relationship is an emotional rollercoaster and things have been difficult lately. Gino keeps promising that Jasmine’s visa will be approved any day now, but she is getting impatient and forces Gino to rent a luxury apartment in Panama for her next month while she waits. Jasmine’s expensive habits make Gino and his family wonder if she’s just after his money. Finances aren’t the only cause of arguments — they’re also struggling with communication, trust, and problems in the bedroom. Hoping to resolve some of these big issues before getting married, Gino is moving back to Panama. Do they have what it takes to make this work or will the fights be too much?
90 DAYS IN BED: BEFORE THE 90 DAYS brings a new perspective, inviting fans to join the couples from previous seasons. In each episode, the former contestants open the doors of their homes and share their thoughts and reactions as they watch the emotional episodes of “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days” and relive their own stories.
