SAP Labs Latin America, SAP’s innovation, research and development hub, in São Leopoldo (RS), is accepting applications for its internship program starting in March 2024. In total there are 60 vacancies for students from Rio Grande do Sul who will improve their skills in areas such as: software development, technical support, business support and consultancy.
The internship program is based on the concept of rotation, that is, young people will alternate between three different areas of the company for two years, working on a wide range of projects and activities, expanding their learning and knowledge. The work model will be hybrid, dividing periods at home and at the SAP Labs headquarters, in São Leopoldo.
“We value the desire to learn, teamwork, focus and skills and innovative thinking. We want to help develop these talents to increase the number of qualified professionals in the IT sector in Brazil”, says Adriana Kersting, HR director at SAP Labs Latin America.
The vacancies are intended for students from the second semester of graduation enrolled in IT or Business courses, with advanced knowledge of English and with training scheduled from March 2026. In addition to the internship grant, students will have home-office assistance , meal voucher, health plan, transport to SAP Labs, Gympass, in-company Spanish classes, discount on consultation with psychologists and life insurance.
