Gravataí has just opened a new tourist attraction, the “Rota Off Road”. 40km long, this route was designed to provide an exciting and engaging experience for the whole family, allowing visitors to discover the rural beauty of the municipality.
The Off Road Route was launched during the 9th edition of the Gravataí Agro-Rural and Tourist Fair. The project is a joint initiative of the Secretariat of Economic Development and Tourism (SMDET), the Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply (SMAA), with the support of several other departments and the Technical Assistance and Rural Extension Company (Emater).
The route passes through some of the most beautiful rural landscapes in Gravataí, including Morungava and Barro Vermelho. Additionally, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy unique experiences offered by partner companies along the way.
Mayor Luiz Zaffalon praised the team responsible for the project and reaffirmed the municipality’s commitment to continue investing in tourism. He highlighted that “Gravataí is a tourist hub and ideas like this are extremely important. We have huge potential and Gravataí has open arms for tourism.”
More details about the route, partner companies and the groups’ agenda will soon be available on the City Hall website, in the SMDET Tourism section.
