Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 units of chopped Garlic
- 1/2 zucchini cut into small cubes
- 1/2 piece of grated carrot
- 1 cup (tea) cooked CAMIL type 1 rice
- 2 cups (tea) of boiling water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation mode:
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they are transparent. Add the zucchini, carrot, rice and sauté for a few minutes. Add boiling water, salt and mix.
Partially cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the liquid dries up and the grains are cooked. Turn off the heat, cover the pan and set aside for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
This recipe takes 40 minutes to prepare and makes 4 servings.
