Ingredients:
1 and ½ cups of Jasmine Oat Bran
2 eggs
2 bananas
130 ml coconut/almond/oat milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Granola Zero Sugar Jasmine Superfruits for decoration
Preparation mode:
Leave the oven preheated to 185ºC and grease a muffin tin with oat bran. Mash the bananas, reserving 6 slices, with the eggs and vegetable drink. Separately, mix the oat bran with the cocoa, yeast and cinnamon. Add the banana mixture and mix well.
Add the coconut oil and pour the mixture into the molds. On top, add a slice of banana to each mold. Bake for around 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, place the granola on top and serve.
