Ingredients:
- 200 grams of chopped bacon
- 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- Fresh noodles
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation mode:
In a frying pan, fry the bacon until crispy and in a pan, place the pasta to cook in salted water. In a refractory where the pasta will be served, beat the eggs well with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add half the grated cheese. When the pasta is ready, drain it, place it still hot over the egg mixture and mix well. Place the bacon and remaining cheese over the pasta and serve.
Preparation time: 35 minutes.
