Between the 19th and 25th of October, Passo Fundo Shopping, in Passo Fundo, continues its programming related to the Pink October campaign, with the photographic exhibition “Together for Life”. In addition, customers who visit the enterprise can check out the Old Books, Grupo Foto Sul and Film Festival exhibitions. From the 25th, the special Halloween programming begins.
Pink October
In partnership with the Association to Support People with Cancer (AAPECAN), Passo Fundo Shopping promotes the “Together for Life” photo exhibition free of charge between the 3rd and 31st of October. Through the photos, it is possible to learn about the stories of women who battled the disease, as well as men who faced prostate cancer. The images are by photographer Sidinei Machado, from SD Live TV.
Antique Book Exhibition
Held by the Libraries Network of the University of Passo Fundo, together with Passo Fundo Shopping, the exhibition “Old books: art, expression of time and culture” aims to present the beauty present in the bindings of books published between the 18th centuries and the beginning of the 20th century and can be visited free of charge at the resort between the 13th and 23rd of October.
South Photo Group Show
Grupo Foto Sul is promoting a special photographic exhibition at Passo Fundo Shopping with 20 works by artists from all over the country, including two professionals from the enterprise. Exhibited on Floor 01, in front of Loja Americanas, the photographic exhibition is free and captures special moments and memories over time with the different perspectives of photographers, in addition to highlighting two names from the region: Ariele Batista and Cris Nunes.
Film Festival
Until October 20th, Passo Fundo Shopping hosts the 3rd edition of the Film Festival, which shows eleven short films, nine of which were created by the Escola de Atores de Passo Fundo in partnership with producers from the municipality and two produced independently by students graduating from the institution. The event takes place from 7pm Cinelaser at Passo Fundo Shopping. Tickets can be purchased from Art School students, or via WhatsApp (54) 99982-1344.
Pink Health Blitz
On Saturday (21), at 6pm, Passo Fundo Shopping promotes, together with Hospital São Vicente de Paulo, a Pink Health Blitz. Located on the ground floor of the project, the action aims to provide guidance on the prevention of breast cancer and how to perform breast self-examination, in addition to offering free blood pressure and HGT testing services.
October Pink Pet
In partnership with Laboratório Dia Vet, the shopping center offers on Sunday (22nd), from 2pm to 6pm, on the ground floor of the development, breast assessments for female animals and professionals share guidelines to ensure the health of pets. The first pets to participate in the action receive a special treat from the Cobasi store.
Golden Retriver Encounter
On Sunday (22), starting at 3pm, Passo Fundo Shopping will be the meeting point for the event for lovers of the Golden Retriver breed. With a place prepared to serve participants on the Ground Floor, owners of puppies or adults can bring their pets to socialize and have fun.
Halloween
From 10/25, Passo Fundo Shopping begins its Halloween program, a unique and frighteningly fun experience based on the candy house from the story Hansel and Gretel. The event is held in partnership with the Rockefeller Language Center, and to participate, each person is asked to donate 1 item of hygiene material. All donations will go to the NGO Anjos de Luz, which helps needy communities and makes a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
