What are minimal intervention wines?
Minimal intervention wines are made from fermented musts from organic grapes (grown without pesticides) that have almost no or no intervention in their process, without the use of chemical preservatives and additives. Human interference is minimal, limited only to harvesting (manual) and bottling.
