Ingredients:
- 1 round Italian bread
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- 100 ml basil olive oil
- Oregano to taste
- Black olives
- 8 pieces of cherry tomatoes
- Green scent to taste
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
Preparation mode:
In a container, add the basil oil, oregano, chopped garlic and mix well. Cut the bread in the center and remove the crumb, brush half of the olive oil mixture. Add the cherry tomatoes, olives, cream cheese and cheese. Brush the rest of the olive oil mixture on the outside and bake for 10 minutes. To finish, sprinkle oregano, green chilli and olives.
Preparation time: 25 minutes.
