The Beginning of the Celebration – The countdown to the 38th Natal Luz de Gramado has begun. In just 15 days, the city will be illuminated by the Gramado Symphony Orchestra and the spectacular Lighting of Lights. This event, which has already become a tradition, promises to attract thousands of visitors to Rua Coberta and Palácio dos Festivais, where the free show will take place daily.
Turning on the Lights: A Show of Enchantment and Hope
The Switching on of the Lights is a magical moment. With the help of Santa Claus and his helpers, the night transforms into a stunning scene, full of enchantment and hope. Rosa Helena Pereira Volk, president of the Municipal Tourism Authority – Gramadotur, highlights that “all together, they elevate the Christmas magic and the city’s lights come on like an enchanted dream, which takes place at Natal Luz de Gramado”.
New this year
This year, Turning on the Lights, directed by Denis Gosch, will have something new: from Thursday to Sunday and holidays, the show will feature the participation of Christmas characters, as well as the good old man. On other days of the week, only Santa Claus will make an appearance to the delight of the public. The free show will take place daily at 8 pm.
38th Natal Luz de Gramado: An Unforgettable Celebration
The 38th Natal Luz de Gramado takes place from October 26, 2023 until January 21, 2024. The event is presented by the Ministry of Culture and Bradesco and is sponsored by Nacional Gás, Residence Club Hard Rock Hotel Gramado and Stemac Grupos Geradores. Coca-Cola and Havan are co-sponsors. The official accommodation is from the Laghetto Hotéis chain and the Official Chocolate of Natal Luz is Prawer Chocolates. Tickets are sold through Ingresso Oficial Gramado. The promotion is from Gramado City Hall and carried out by Gramadotur.
