Ingredients:
- 2 kg of soft ice cream
- 300 grams of strawberry
- 150 grams of blackberries
- 150 grams of raspberries
- 100 grams of strawberry syrup
- 50 grams of ready-made whipped cream
- 100 grams of broken cornstarch biscuits
Preparation mode:
In a tall rectangular dish, line it with plastic wrap and place strawberry and fruit syrup at the bottom. Then add a layer of ice cream and break the cookies on top. Add more fruit, repeating the sequence twice. Finish the last layer with ice cream and place in the freezer until frozen. When serving, decorate with whipped cream, more chopped cookies and fruit.
