Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 4 large, very ripe dwarf bananas
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup Yoki breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup crushed Yoki Raw Peeled Peanuts
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- Kitano sugar and cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Preparation mode:
Beat the oil and eggs in a blender. Add three bananas and sugar and beat until smooth. Then, place the flour in a bowl, add the mixture and incorporate. Add the other banana cut into pieces, the peanuts and the yeast and mix gently until smooth. Place in a greased and floured pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. Unmold and serve.
