Ingredients:
- 1/2 package of Renata Superiore Grano Duro Penne Pasta;
- 2.5 liters of water;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- 1 cup (tea) of fresh cream;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 200 grams of chopped brie cheese;
- 1 chopped sauce bouquet;
- 6 slices of parma ham in strips;
- Renata Superiore Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Preparation mode:
Place the butter and cream in a frying pan and season with salt. Bring to a boil and add the brie cheese and add the parsley. Put the water and salt in a pan until it boils, add the pasta, and cook until al dente, then drain and add to the sauce. In a frying pan, add the olive oil and parma strips and wait for it to become crispy before serving with the pasta.
