Ingredients:
Pudding
- 600g condensed milk
- 500ml of milk
- 4 units of eggs
- 3 units of gems
- 200g homemade dulce de leche
- 30ml cachaça
Caramel sauce with cachaça
- 200g sugar
- 100g of water
- 60ml of cachaça
Preparation mode:
For the pudding, place all the ingredients (condensed milk, eggs, yolk, dulce de leche, milk, cachaça) in the blender. Beat for at least two minutes. For the caramel, melt the sugar over low heat. Afterwards, pour in the cachaça slowly so as not to catch fire, add the water and let it boil. Wait for it to cool down. Then, pour the syrup into a large pudding mold, add the beaten milk, cover with aluminum foil. Place the pudding mold inside another mold and add water until half full. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
