Ingredients:
Massa
½ cup of milk
4 tablespoons of margarine
1 teaspoon of salt
1 ovo
6 tablespoons cornmeal (50 g)
5 tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 cups of wheat flour (240 g)
1 tablespoon of Dr. Oetker chemical baking powder
Filling
200 g calabresa
200 g mozzarella
½ cup catupiry tea
Preparation mode:
Massa
In a bowl mix the milk, margarine, salt and egg. Add the cornmeal, cheese, wheat flour and baking powder. Knead with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Set aside in the refrigerator for 20 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
Filling
Cut the sausages into thin slices, the mozzarella cheese into small cubes and set aside.
Assembly
Roll out the dough into a mold (22 x 33cm) greased with margarine. The dough must be spread well in the pan, forming a thin layer. Add the filling and bake in the preheated oven (200ºC) for around 30 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately.
Tip: if desired, add diced onion.
